In 2010, the Project Management COP took you into the future, and introduced you to the “Science of Project Management.” Now one year into that future, the track turns in the other direction, and explores how Project Management is like the Wild, Wild West; a period in American history where expansion was imminent, resources were undiscovered, and the rate of innovation was on a sharp rise.

This year, the Project Management COP provides you with another opportunity to wear a different hat and explore your own role as a Project Manager. This session will include information from the ISPE Project Management Good Practice Guide and role playing exercises to promote understanding of methods that will help enforce Project Management Good Practices. Are you Project Manager enough to participate and attempt to instill order?
