The two complimentary exhibitor badges include access to continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, the Sunday Welcome Reception held in the Exhibit Hall, and the Monday lunch. NOTICE: ISPE would like to warn all of our delegates planning on attending the ISPE Annual Meeting in Texas to NOT BOOK A HOTEL ROOM when contacted by other companies such as Convention Expo Travel or Convention Housing Services. We have been alerted by delegates that these companies are contacting exhibiting companies directly and advising that they officially represent the conference and the rooms are almost sold out. They have done this for other events and attendees have found they are not at the headquarters hotel or they do not have any reservation even though they gave the company credit card information. These companies are in no way affiliated with the ISPE Annual Meeting. They are NOT the official travel agent for the event. ISPE is not responsible for any reservations made with this company.
