ISPE has secured a number of bedrooms at a fixed group rate for your convenience. All accommodation bookings must be made directly with the hotel and are subject to availability. To benefit from the ISPE group rate, reservations must be received before 5 September 2011.  
Note: Few rooms are still available at the Sheraton Brussels Hotel, however, the group rate can no longer be guaranteed.

Upon arrival, please refer to the ISPE Registration Desk to collect your Conference materials. Please note that registration on Sunday is highly recommended. The desk will be open at the following times:

Table Top Exhibition and Networking Receptions
Our Table Top Exhibition Area will be open during coffee and lunch breaks. The Networking Receptions are scheduled to take place on:

From Zaventem Airport
The Airport is connected to the North Station by Train (every 20 minutes). The Sheraton is at 5 minutes walking distance from the North Station.

From the Midi (South) Railway Station

  • By Train: Trains connect Midi Station and North Station. The Sheraton is at 5 minutes walking distance from the North Station.
  • By Metro: Take the Metro(inside the Midi Station) direction "Simonis". Get out at the underground station named “Rogier”. 

By Car

  • From West: Take E40 to Exit 2. Follow "Centrum" and go straight to "Basilique". Take the tunnel and exit "Sainctelette". The Hotel is 0.2 kilometers on the left.
  • From South: Take E19 to West Ring (Exit 21). Follow "Centrum" and proceed to "Basilique". Take the tunnel and exit "Sainctelette". The Hotel is 0.2 kilometers on the left. Parking is available at the hotel for up to €13 a day.

Participants who have booked a Hotel room are advised to have their reservation confirmation with them, so that you are able to access streets that are blocked for traffic if these streets lead to your Hotel.
