The management of change is critical in our business, whether it concerns changes to our facilities, products, processes, equipment, computerised systems, etc. Our change management system has, on the one hand, to be robust enough to deal with both major change and small incremental change, but also simple and efficient enough, on the other hand, for people to easily understand and apply correctly. While change management systems are generally well understood and defined, lack of timely and thorough change management can lead to lingering or new quality and compliance issues. This session will reinforce the importance of carefully managing all changes, even if a change appears to be small.
