Registration

  • Registration is located in the Yerba Buena (Lower B2 Level). Make sure to check in as early as possible to pick up your badge.
  • Registration Hours
  • Visit the Registration Desk to get your badge for entry to events, Exhibitor Check-In, and purchase options for Networking, Optional Events and lunch.
  • Badges are required to be worn at all times.

There are many events designed just for students and Young Professionals. Be sure to attend.

Annual Meeting offers many opportunities for you to meet and greet other industry professionals and students, learn about industry trends, and make valuable connections to boost your career potential.

Students will receive a Scavenger Hunt card at the Student/YP Luncheon on Sunday, 11 November. After the lunch and orientation, they will have until 4:00 to return their cards to the registration desk where we will pick them up and randomly draw a winner.
