A block of rooms has been reserved at the venue for ISPE delegates at the preferential rate of € 149 for a single room and at € 174 for a double room (breakfast and taxes included) for Sunday 18 May. For the Moday 19 May until the Thursday 22 May there is a preferential rate at € 219 for a single room and at € 244 for a double room (breakfast and taxes included). Accomodation and any estras are to be settled by each delegate directly with the hotel upon checkout. Changes in bookings or cancellations are accepted only in writing, and are sent dirctly to ISPE. Registration Services prior to the event and no later than 2 May 2008. The hotel is entitled to charge the entire value of the room reservation in case of cancellations received later than 48 hours before arrival.
