You can register by sending a completed Individual Registration Form or a Group Registration Form to ISPE by email: europeregistrations@ispe.org or Fax: +32 2 743 1584.

Fees Include

Registration fees include Training materials, refreshment breaks, and lunches. Hotel accommodations and hotel fees are separate from registration fees.

Cancellations

In the event you are unable to attend Training, we will grant a full refund, less a handling fee of €100 (per registrant), if we receive your request in writing on or before 2 May. No refunds will be granted for requests received after 2 May. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Group registrations are not eligible for a cancellation refund, but substitutions are accepted for individual or group registrants who are unable to attend. However, nonmembers substituting for Members must pay the difference in fees prior to the start of the event. ISPE can not be held responsible for lost airfare due to cancellations. Certain other restrictions apply. Please contact ISPE for details.

Payment

Payment must accompany registration form. Registration will not be processed nor confirmed without payment in Euro (€). All registrations sent by fax must include the necessary payment information. American Express, Visa or EC/MasterCard is accepted. Please complete the appropriate spaces and sign the registration form.

Instructors invited to present ISPE’s programmes are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should it become necessary, substitutions may be made. Every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, but ISPE cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of information distributed or contained in these programmes, or for any other opinion expressed.

Liability
ISPE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training courses and/or to change instructors. Please be advised that ISPE is not responsible for any airfare/hotel penalties or other travel charges you incur. In case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the ISPE Brussels Training Courses to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the training courses.
