Cancellations/Substitutions
Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellations are received by 21 April 2008 a full refund, minus a $100 handling fee, will be issued. After that time, no refunds will be granted. If you are unable to attend, substitutions will be accepted. However, nonmembers substituting for a Member must pay difference in fees prior to the start of the event. ISPE is not responsible for lost airfare due to cancellations. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
Registration Discounts
Three to five participants, save 10 percent; 6-10 participants, save 15 percent; and 11 or more, save 20 percent. All registrations must be submitted at the same time. There is a 50 percent discount for Students, Faculty and Government. Discounts cannot be combined.
