Registration Process and Event Check-In

Delegates who have already registered will check in at the Pre Registered Check In Counter. Upon check in, you will receive your badge and all the essential information you will need for the 2009 Washington Conference.  

Delegates who have not yet registered or need to purchase tickets separately will go to the New Registration/Purchase A La Carte Tickets counter. The staff member at the counter will register you and provide you with your badge and all the essential information you will need.

Registration Hours:
Sunday 15.00 – 17.30, Monday-Wednesday 07.00 – 17.00, and Thursday 07.30 – 16.00

Wear Your Badge: Your ISPE name badge is your ticket into all of the ISPE 2009 Washington Conference functions. We will be checking badges at all event functions for admittance.

Airport Information

From Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) (9 minutes/4 miles/6.44 kilometers)
Follow the signs to Washington D.C. (George Washington Parkway). Take the I-395/Route 1 north exit (which is the 14th St. bridge). Merge to the far left lane and follow the signs for 14th St. The hotel is eight blocks up 14th St. on the right side at the corner of 14th and Pennsylvania.

From Dulles International Airport (IAD) (39 minutes/27 miles/43.45 kilometers)
Follow the signs to Interstate 66 east to Washington. Follow I-66 to the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge (US Route 50). Once you cross the bridge, I-66 becomes Constitution Ave. Continue on Constitution Ave, NW for approximately 14 blocks to 12th St., NW. Turn left onto 12th St. and drive 6 blocks to E St., NW. Make a left onto E St. and drive two blocks to 14th St. and turn right. The hotel is on the right corner of 14th and E St.
