Networking Opportunities
The Conference features two Networking Receptions:
Monday, 17.00 – 18.30
Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall, Ballroom Level. Join us in the Exhibit Hall for networking with education
delegates and exhibitors.
Wednesday, 17.00 – 18.30
Enjoy a relaxed networking reception with a beautiful view on the balcony of the Presidential Suite 1231 on
the 12th floor. In the case of inclement weather, the reception will be held in the Garden Terrace room on
the Lobby Level.
New Member/First Time Attendee Orientation
Monday, 07.30 - 08.45, Grand Ballroom, Salon I, Ballroom Level
New Members and first time attendees are cordially invited to this special networking breakfast hosted by the
Membership Development Committee (MDC). Meet fellow Society Members and Washington attendees to foster new
relationships, learn about ISPE and how to make the most out of your membership, and to have your questions
answered. Bring plenty of business cards for this high impact networking event! Sign up on the registration

CPIP™ Workshops at Washington
Introduction Workshops – Monday and Wednesday, 08.00-09.00
Complimentary, one-hour workshops providing a CPIP introduction, details on eligibility criteria, and the
application and examination processes.
How-to Workshops – Tuesday, 08.00-09.00 and Thursday, 07.00-08.00
Complimentary, one-hour workshops offering guidance on “how to” submit a CPIP eligibility application and
prepare for the CPIP examination. Topics include: obtaining a university transcript, completing the
professional experience forms, using the CPIP Study Guide resources, and organizing CPIP study groups.
TECH-Knowledgy Sessions
The Washington Conference Exhibit Hall will feature TECH-Knowledgy Sessions demonstrating some of the latest advances and developments in industry products and services. TECH-Knowledgy Sessions will be held on the stage at the front of the Exhibit Hall. Look for additional information onsite.

Professional Certification Commission
The ISPE Professional Certification Commission will have a booth near the Education Sessions. Stop by to meet
the Commissioners and ask questions about the CPIP™ credential. A credential brochure outlining the benefits
for credential holders and employers of CPIPs will be available. For more information on CPIP™ certification,

Communities of Practice (COPs) Booth
The COP booth will be located in the ISPE Registration Area. Get details on the different COPs you can join
and learn about Volunteer opportunities with ISPE.
ISPE Bookstore - 20% Discount for ISPE Members
Monday-Wednesday, 07.30–17.00 and Thursday, 07.00–15.00
The ISPE Bookstore, located on the Ballroom Level, features a complete range of ISPE Guidance Documents, encompassing the collective knowledge of leading thinkers on manufacturing best practices, regulatory compliance, and international trends. Career Solutions Center
Visit the Career Solutions Center in the Exhibit Hall to see the latest positions available from leading
