Onsite Registration Process and Event Check-In
Pre Registered
Delegates who have already registered will check in at the Pre Registered Check In Counter.
New Registration
Delegates who have not yet registered or need to purchase tickets separately will go to the New Registration/Purchase A La Carte Tickets counter. The staff member at the counter will register you and provide you with your badge and all the essential information you will need.

Wear Your Badge
Your ISPE name badge is your ticket into all of the ISPE 2010 Washington Conference functions. We will be checking badges at all event functions for admittance.
Conference Cancellations
Conference Cancellations - Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellations are received by 17 May 2010, a full refund, minus a 10% handling fee (maximum of $100), will be issued. After that time, no refunds will be granted. If you are unable to attend, substitutions will be accepted. However, nonmembers substituting for a Member must pay difference in fees prior to the start of the event. ISPE is not responsible for lost airfare due to cancellations.
