How do I log in?

  • ISPE Members: Please log in with your ISPE Membership ID and your unique password. If you do not know your password, you will need to reset it. On the login screen, enter your email address and click the Reset My Password link. If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact the Customer Service Department at customerservice@ispe.org.

  • Nonmembers: If you have ever made a purchase or attended an event with ISPE in the past, you already have an ISPE ID and password. If you do not know your password, you will need to reset it. On the login screen, enter your email address and click the Reset My Password link. If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact the Customer Service Department at customerservice@ispe.org.

  • How do I change my and Password?
    After you have logged in, go to My Account and click on My Profile. Click on the "Change Password" button at the top of your profile.

How can I find out my Membership number?
Your Membership number is located on the Membership card you received when you joined ISPE. If your card has been lost, please call Customer Service at +1-813-960-2105 and we can provide you your member number, and issue a new card.

How can I find out if my Membership has been paid?
Go to My Account and click on My Profile. You can locate your account statusby clicking the My Dues button. You will need to log in to access the information.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA, check, and wire transfer.

Can I get a tracer on something I have ordered?
Yes. Once your order shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Customer Service is available to help you at +1-813-960-2105.

Can I return something I ordered?
Please see the ISPE return policy.

Can I get a receipt for my Member dues, educational event registration, or order?
