ISPE PNW October Meeting 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm "Research Animal Facilities: What are the Standards?" The presentation will cover which laws and regulations govern research animal use and care, who enforces these laws, and who accredits facilities. Applicable regulations vary, depending on which species are housed, what funding sources are used, and whether the animal research will be used to support clinical trials involving the public or the environment. A detailed handout will be provided. |
