North American Exhibit Opportunities

ISPE Table Top Exhibits are popular marketing and business development tools that guarantee excellent exposure for your company. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to be face-to-face with the decision makers in the pharmaceutical and biotechnolgy manufacturing industries.

Your North American Table Top Exhibit Package Includes:

• One (1) 6 x 2 foot skirted table
• Two (2) complimentary Exhibitor badges
• Dedicated Exhibit Hall hours in the Conference agendas
• Reception, continental breakfast, and refreshment breaks held in Exhibit Hall
• A complimentary listing in the Exhibitor Directory distributed at the event
• Your company’s name (including link) listed on the ISPE Web site
• Complimentary list of pre-registered Conference delegates given on-site
• Lunch for two (2) attendees during Exhibit days (two days at Tampa and Washington, one day at Annual Meeting)
• 15 percent discount on Conference registration fees (nonmember fees may apply) for up to two (2) company employees (pre-registration is required and must be accompanied by official discount voucher which will be sent upon exhibit confirmation)
• Two (2) Exhibit personnel (personnel must be working the exhibit) may attend education sessions on days of Exhibits only at no charge - benefit provided on a seating-available basis only and is not available at Annual Meeting
• VIP passes for free Exhibit Hall admission (employees of exhibiting companies are not eligible to redeem VIP Passes)
• On-site, personal assistance from an ISPE Exhibits staff person

On-site Exhibitor badges cost $100 for ISPE Members and $150 for nonmembers and include walk-through access only. This does not include entry to education seminars or lunches. Lunch tickets may be purchased separately on-site. Please note: there is an additional charge for electrical service per table. Price varies by location.

Cancellation Policy
Exhibit cancellations received two months or more prior to the event result in a $500 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for Exhibits cancelled less than two months prior to the event. Specific cancellation dates and information will be mailed to confirmed Table Top Exhibitors for each event.
