European Training Sponsorship Packages
We have expanded our offerings to include Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Sponsorship Packages. These packages offer new benefits that guarantee exposure to a wide audience. New benefits, (highlighted below) include display of sponsor logos in our marketing materials, pre-event mailing possibilities, and recognition of recurring sponsorship (Silver, Gold, Platinum status). Please book early for optimal visibility. Since we include sponsor logos in our marketing materials, your sponsorship gives you the most return if you commit before the start of the marketing campaign. Visibility cannot be claimed or compensated retroactively, so book early.

Bronze Sponsorship Package
Price €750 per day includes sponsorship of one full day at one event
ISPE's Bronze Sponsorship Package offers companies the opportunity to sponsor a day at each of its Training events in Europe. Not only do these sponsorships provide maximum exposure with a minimum investment of time and personnel, they can be a vital element to achieve your company's marketing goals. The Bronze Sponsorship Package can help build a greater awareness of your company's products and/or services, strengthen your company image among your customers, and increase your exhibit traffic.

- A literature display table near the ISPE registration/welcome area
- Company logo displayed on signs at food/beverage functions on the day paid for sponsorship
- A button advertisement with link to your Web site on the program overview page of the ISPE Web site for up to three months prior to the event
- Your company name printed in materials distributed to attendees at the event
- An attendee pre-registration list given on-site
- Your company name printed on hotel reader boards where available
- Sponsor ribbons for all company personnel attending the training
- Your company name mentioned in ISPE Informer or E-Letter
Silver Sponsorship Package
Price €1,500 includes sponsorship of one full day at one event
ISPE’s Silver Sponsorship Package includes all of the benefits of the Bronze package plus the following:
- New: Company logo printed on ISPE promotional brochures
- New: ISPE Informer e-mail/link opportunities
Gold Sponsorship Package
Price €2,750 includes one full day of sponsorship at two events or two full days of sponsorship at one event
ISPE’s Gold Sponsorship Package includes all of the benefits of the Bronze Package plus the following:
- New: Company logo printed on ISPE promotional brochures
- New: Attendee pre-registration list provided for one-time mailing 3 weeks prior to event (Mailing via independent mail house)
- New: ISPE Informer e-mail/link opportunities
Platinum Sponsorship Package
Price €3,750; includes three full days of sponsorship at any event or combination of events
The Platinum Sponsorship Package includes all of the benefits of the Bronze Package plus the following:
- NEW: Company logo printed on ISPE promotional brochures
- NEW: Delegate pre-registration list provided for one-time mailing 3 weeks prior to event
- NEW: ISPE Informer e-mail/link opportunities
Please Note: Training sponsorship opportunities are limited to a maximum of 2 companies per day. For Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsorships, please provide a high resolution (300 dpi) TIFF or EPS file of your company logo.
