Your North American Table Top Exhibit Package Includes:

• Two (2) attendees may attend education sessions on days of exhibits only at no charge - benefit provided on a seating-available basis only and is not available at Annual Meeting
• One (1) complimentary Conference registration for one (1) education session 
• A complimentary listing in the Exhibitors Directory distributed at the conferences 
• Lunch for two (2) attendees during Exhibit days (two days at Tampa and Washington, one day at Annual Meeting) 
• Your company’s name listed on the ISPE Web site 
• Complimentary list of pre-registered Conference delegates given on-site 
• Dedicated Exhibit Hall hours in the Conference agendas 
• Two (2) complimentary Exhibitor badges

To register your company to exhibit
Complete and return the North American Exhibit Registration Form. Applications will be reviewed approximately three months before each program. At that time, space allocation will be made using the Society's priority system, and those companies selected to exhibit will be confirmed. Applicants will not be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. All exhibiting companies MUST have at least one ISPE Member.

Fees and Policies
Please refer to the individual events for fees. There is an additional $80 charge for electrical service per table. Your exhibit fee includes two complimentary exhibitor badges. Additional attendees from the exhibiting company must be registered as speakers, committee members, or conference delegates. Admission to walk through the exhibit hall for those not registered is $100.

Cancellation Policy for North American Table Top Exhibits
Table Top Exhibit cancellations received three months or more prior to the event will be fully refunded. Cancellations received two months or more prior to the event result in a $500 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for Table Top Exhibits cancelled less than two months prior to the event. Specific cancellation dates and information will be mailed to confirmed Table Top Exhibitors for each event.

ISPE's Priority System
Since demand is likely to exceed supply once again, ISPE has established criteria used in determining space allocation and table assignment based upon the company's participation in the following Society activities:

1. advertising in ISPE publications
2. number of individual Members within a company
3. committee participation
4. total previous exhibit participation
5. seminar participation
6. journal article publication
