The New Zealand Chapter event- The ISPE Audit Summit


The ISPE Australasian Affiliate New Zealand Chapter is pleased to announce the ISPE Audit Roadshow series will continue in October with a New Zealand based summit. Following on from successful events in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, the NZ Audit Summit will be held in Auckland on the 13th of October at the Airport Centra Hotel, Mangere, Auckland.

 

The summit will commence with a presentations from Medsafe and NZFSA auditors, followed by a Quality Leadership Discussion Panel facilitated by TGA’s former Chief GMP Auditor, Bob Tribe.  The Leadership Panel will include Quality Assurance experts in the fields of Pharmaceutical, Veterinary Complementary, OTC and Prescription Medicines as well as Laboratory and Blood Products Manufacturing from across New Zealand.  The topic will be “Common Audit Findings”, an area that will no doubt generate some lively discussion and debate.

 

The event will commence at 1.30 pm sharp with registration prior to this.  An afternoon tea will be provided and there will be a networking session following the event where drinks and finger food will be served.

 

Panel members representing Laboratory and GMP Consulting disciplines will be included as these are confirmed. The venue has a finite capacity, so register as early as possible to avoid missing out.

 

The event is priced at $85 for ISPE members and $125 for non-members.

ISPE Sydney Chapter event- Plant tour- Share in Pfizer’s Lean story and changeover team development - Event Full, NO  further bookings are being taken


This event will commence with a presentation from Mark Morgan (Site Leader), Conor Delaney (Production Manager) & Mark Brady (Continuous Improvement Manager), followed by a plant tour.  

The topic will be “Lean development – Changeover teams”, an area that will no doubt generate some lively discussion and debate.   Pfizer has been down the Lean path now for a while and are particularly experiencing inroads through the development of Changeover teams for their packaging lines.  This will be the topic of discussion for this event – followed by a plant tour.

The Plant tour/ discussion will be held at Pfizer Australia, 38-42 Wharf Road, West Ryde, NSW on 21 October, 2008 commencing at 9.00 am.  There are limited places so please book early  - all bookings will be dealt with on a first come first served basis.
