Registration Fees include:
Exhibit hall access, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, and networking receptions. Hotel accommodations and hotel fees are separate from Conference registration fees.

*The nonmember rate includes a one-year membership in ISPE. No additional payment is required if paying the nonmembers fee; however, before your membership is activated, you will be REQUIRED to complete a membership application and return it to ISPE. Once membership is activated it is non-transferable. This is a 30-day limited offer and must be selected at time of registration.

Group Discount
Note: Multiple attendees from a company qualify for a Group Discount. Group Discounts are taken from the fees above for seminar length and are 3-5 delegates = 10% ; 6-10 delegates = 15% and 11+ delegates = 20%.

Emerging Economy Countries Discount
ISPE is offering 50% discount on the registration fee to Members from Emerging Economy countries. To review the list of eligible countries visit: www.ispe.org/EmergingEconomyList. The discount will automatically apply when registration is processed.
Payment
Make all checks payable to ISPE. All checks in US dollars must be drawn on a US bank. Payment must be included with registration. All registrations sent by fax must include the necessary credit card information. American Express, VISA, or MasterCard are accepted; please complete the appropriate spaces and sign the registration form. Wire transfers also are accepted, please contact ISPE for details.
Conference Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellations are received by 28 April 2008, a full refund, minus a $100 handling fee, will be issued. After that time, no refunds will be granted. If a delegate is unable to attend, substitutions will be accepted; however, nonmembers substituting for Members must pay the difference in fees prior to the start of the event. ISPE is not responsible for lost airfare due to cancellations.

ISPE Conference Leaders and Speakers are leading professionals in their fields. However, in rare circumstances, should it be necessary to make substitutions, every possible effort will be made to replace instructors with those of comparable qualifications. Agendas are subject to change without notice. Every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, but ISPE cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of information distributed or contained in these programs or for any opinion expressed.
