  • Industry Focus Groups for Curriculum Development
    The ISPE Industry Focus Groups compiled and prioritized a list of skills, knowledge and attributes that they believe are critical to working within the pharmaceutical industry. Out of this, it was determined that for new hires in the industry, there were gaps between the knowledge obtained academically and the knowledge needed for the industry. The data collected have been provided to help educators identify potential areas of focus in subject matter and curricula for courses and degrees pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Academic Programs Database
    Part of our work is to provide information to young people and guidance counselors researching educational options that can lead to careers within the industry. To facilitate their research efforts we have created an Academic Database and are seeking submissions from academic institutions to include relevant information on their programs. Please consider completing the following form and submitting it to us via email or fax so we may share your academic opportunities with our student members and those using our clearinghouse service.
