Interactive Response Technology (IRT)

Computer/telephone system that allows an operator to respond to a menu of choices (may be spoken by an “electronic voice) by pressing the appropriate buttons on the pad of a touch-tone phone or entering data into a computer. IRT includes interactive voice and interactive web responses.
