General Questions
How do I log in?
- ISPE Members: Please log in with your ISPE Membership
ID and your unique password. If you do not know your password, you will need to reset it. Click on the
“Forgot my login or password” link. On the Login Help screen, enter your email address and click the Reset My
Password link. If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact ISPE at +1-813-960-2105 or Ask ISPE.
- Nonmembers: If you have ever made a purchase or attended an event with ISPE in the past,
you already have an ISPE ID and password. If you do not know your password, you will need to reset it. Click
on the “Forgot my login or password” link. On the Login Help screen, enter your email address and click the
Reset My Password link. If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact ISPE at Ask ISPE.
- How do I change my Password?After you have logged in, click "Access My Profile". At your profile screen, click "My Profile (Page 2)". Click on the "Change Password" link at the top of the page and enter a new password.
How do I get my Web site login and password?
On the Main page login screen, click “Login Help” and enter your e-mail address on file with ISPE and it will be e-mailed to you. If you need further assistance, please contact ISPE.
How do I update my contact information?
Go to www.ISPE.org and select “My Account” or contact ISPE.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA, check, and wire transfer.
Can I get a tracer on something I have ordered?
Yes. Once your order shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking

How can I find out my Membership number?
Your Membership number is located on your Membership card. Print a membership card at www.ISPE.org/myaccount
in the “Get the most out of your membership” section.
How can I find out if my Membership has been paid?
Go to My
Account and click on My Profile. You can locate your account status by clicking the My Dues button. You
will need to log in to access the information.
What discounts do I receive as an ISPE Member?

Community and Networking Questions
How do I meet ISPE Members in my area?
Your ISPE Affiliate or Chapter will help you connect with ISPE Members in your local area. You may change your affiliation anytime either by logging into your account on the ISPE Web site or contacting an ISPE office.
How do I meet other professionals in my area of expertise?
Through ISPE’s Communities of Practice (COPs). You may join an unlimited number of COPs on the ISPE Web site. As a COP member, you will have full access to the e-Discussions, files and resources, news, and other tools.
Where can I find another Member’s contact information?
You have access to the Membership Directory on the ISPE Web site, which is searchable by name, title, company, or location.
Industry and Profession Questions
Where can I find answers to my technical questions?
ISPE has a wealth of technical information available from a variety of sources: guidance documents 
, publications, and
through our Communities of Practice.
Does ISPE provide updates on regulatory changes?
In the “Resource Center” section of the ISPE Web site, you will find the most current regulatory information available from the Society. In addition, ISPE has regulatory advisors on staff who work with regulatory agencies worldwide.
Our company is preparing for a regulatory agency inspection. What resources does ISPE have to help us prepare?
ISPE’s guidance documents are an excellent resource and are widely
recognized in the industry as the gold standard. GAMP®, the Baseline® Pharmaceutical Engineering Guide Series, ISPE Good Practice Guides, and GMP
Products are available for purchase on the ISPE Web site.
Where can I find definitions of industry terms?
ISPE’s on-line Glossary of Applied Terminology for the Pharmaceutical Industry, is available in English, German, and French.
Now that I’m a Member, to what publications do I have access?
All Industry Members receive both print and electronic versions of Pharmaceutical Engineering
magazine.
Members in other membership categories should refer to the ISPE Join or Renew
page for your specific Pharmaceutical Engineering magazine subscription benefit information.
Where can I find past Pharmaceutical Engineering articles?
The on-line article archive includes all Pharmaceutical Engineering articles from 1994 to present.
What is the curriculum for the ISPE’s Certified Pharmaceutical Industry Professional™ (CPIP™) Program?
No curriculum or course of study is required. The CPIP is a competency-based credential assessed by a documented formal education degree, demonstrated industry experience, and an examination.
I’m looking for a new job. Does ISPE have any resources?
ISPE’s Career Solutions is available on-line at www.ISPE.org/careersolutions. Members may view jobs, post their resume, create customized job alerts and access a library of articles, networking events and additional resources.

Where can I find a listing of educational events?
ISPE’s Global Calendar is a comprehensive list of ISPE events by date and our Education Library lists Seminars, Training Courses, and Webinars by topic.
I am unable to attend ISPE’s international Conferences. What other educational resources are available?
Educational programming is offered by your local Affiliate or Chapter. In addition, ISPE has a series of live and recorded Webinars.

How can I get more involved in ISPE?
We frequently seek volunteers to serve on ISPE committees, review or write articles, and speak at events. To view current volunteer opportunities, visit www.ISPE.org/getinvolved.
