Jimmy Moreno has been a Senior Project Engineer for Merck (formerly Schering-Plough) Global Engineering Services since 2001. Previous work experience includes Senior Process Mechanical Engineer with Jacobs Engineering, several positions in Fluor Daniel Caribbean and, Beato & Associates. He has worked in Pharmaceutical Engineering for twenty years in areas such as Piping, HVAC and Equipment Engineering. He was also involved in Schering-Plough’s process equipment harmonization effort. Currently, he is supporting a product transfer project in Las Piedras, PR in charge of all process equipment related functions. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus and is a registered Professional Engineer in Puerto Rico.
