Mark Rezac has 34 years of diverse experience in project management with the last 26 being spent in the pharmaceutical industry. He has managed design, construction, and qualification of capital projects for Merck covering vaccine and biotechnology manufacturing, oral solid dosage production, and pharmaceutical research and development facilities. He has held various positions in project engineering, process engineering, and engineering management. He is currently an Engineering Director leading commissioning, qualification, and engineering compliance for Merck's Global Engineering Services group. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Mark's experience covers sterile products and aseptic processing, oral solid dosage facilities, critical utilities, HVAC, pharmaceutical and R&D facility design, commissioning, qualification, regulatory compliance and project management. He has achieved Black Belt certification in Merck Lean Six Sigma.
