With more than 25 years of professional experience, David has led design and construction project teams through the visioning, programming, design, management, and delivery on millions of square feet of innovative and sustainable projects. His leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on approach have allowed him to enhance interdisciplinary working relationships and deliver high value on successful projects most recently for Gilead, Genentech, Amgen, Bayer, Life Technologies, Merck, J&J, Samsung, Theranos, Genencor, DuPont, and more. As Science+Technology practice leader for Stantec Architecture, David directs development of Stantec’s Architectural program, while also directing and managing significant projects for the firm. He currently serves as Chair for ISPE NASAAC Joint Affiliates Council, and recently as President for ISPE Bay Area Chapter. He serves on the Board of Directors for Architectural Foundation of San Francisco, co-Chairs the AIA San Francisco Committee on Health & Science, and teaches architecture at Stanford University.
