Lorrie Vuolo-Schuessler is a Manager in the Computer Systems Quality Assurance / Global Quality and Compliance Department at GlaxoSmithKline. CSQA is a global function that partners with customer groups, assures the quality and compliance of computer systems used in support of pharmaceutical regulated activities of GSK R&D regulations.
She has extensive experience within quality organizations with increasing responsibility in computer system compliance.
Lorrie is recognized within GSK and the pharmaceutical industry for computer compliance and regulatory technical and professional expertise. She is a member of the American Chemical Society (ACS), Society of Quality Assurance, Mid-Atlantic Regional Society of Quality Assurance, and ISPE. She is Secretary of the GAMP Americas Steering Committee, Co-Chair of the GAMP Americas Data Integrity Special Interest Group. She drove the development of the GAMP GPG: A Risk-Based Approach to GxP Compliant Laboratory Systems Second Edition (2012) and the GAMP GPG: Validation of Laboratory Computerized Systems V1 (2005).
