Michelle is currently the Director of Supply Chain Strategy for Almac Clinical Services. Michelle has 25 years’ experience in the clinical research arena, and began her career with the Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI). At DCRI, Michelle was instrumental in developing a group offering a consultative supply chain management approach to the clinical community. Since Almac Clinical Services’ acquisition of the DCRI Pharmacy in June 2000, Michelle has held multiple roles including Director of Project Services, and most recently Director of New Product Development. Michelle served as an instructor for the DIA Investigational Supply Process training course and has presented at several seminars and workshops within the clinical research industry. She is Chair of the ISPE Investigational Products COP NA Steering Committee. Michelle received her BS in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of NC at Chapel Hill.
