  PhotoMark Kehoe has had twenty years of industry experience as a Mechanical Engineer. Mark has designed mechanical systems for various life science building types including clean rooms (semiconductor and Pharmaceutical / Biotech), Research laboratories, linear particle accelerators, academic, corporate / commercial, tenant improvements, data centers, libraries, retail facilities, law offices and mixed-use facilities. Mark possesses varied industry experience and has worked for a mechanical contractor, end user (semiconductor) and another consulting engineering company. Mark establishes engineering concepts, select systems and ensures quality as the projects move through the design and construction phases. Mark has also been instrumental in establishing life cycle cost on systems and has advised clients on the payback of their decisions. Mark has been involved with rebate programs through local utility companies and has been involved with getting systems commissioned and in compliance with local energy codes. Mark is the single point source for communicating with the design team. His knowledge of electrical, process, and plumbing system requirements allows him to represent all disciplines and enhances his ability to develop integrated building design concepts. Mark’s knowledge of mechanical design coupled with a deep understanding of building controls and controls systems result in projects that exceed client expectations with regards to functionality and reliability while delivering significant energy savings.
