Angelica Wong is Vice President Operations, Emerging Markets at Pfizer Global Supply and has thirty years of broad–based experience with Biopharmaceutical and Animal Health manufacturing. Currently, she has operational responsibility for the Latin America Region and supports the Established Product portfolio in Emerging Markets Business Unit. She has held positions of increasing responsibilities in Peru, Central Latin America Region and Venezuela before relocating to Pfizer New York HQ to deploy a Global Continuous Improvement strategy for US/LA/Can and Puerto Rico, successfully implemented the strategy in manufacturing sites. She also worked as a Chief of Staff of Primary Care Business Unit President and as Sr. Director Business Operations working in the Primary Care Business Unit Strategy team. She holds a B.S. in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from San Marcos University and Executive Management Program from ESAN. At this time, she serves as Chair of Pfizer Latino Colleagues Resources Group. She is a Board Member of Pfizer Latino Leadership Council, and a Board Member and Chair of Global expansion initiative of National Hispanic Corporate Achievers. She received an Award as one of 10 most successful Plant Managers in Venezuela in 2003 and was elected as a Pfizer recipient of the National Hispanic Corporate Achievers Award in 2008.
