Cameron Sipe, P.E. is a Principal Project Engineer and Subject Matter Expert with Wyeth BioTech. He has over 20 years experience at designing and constructing high purity water systems and critical utilities for the biopharmaceutical industry. He has designed and constructed numerous high purity water and critical utility systems for Wyeth and other major pharmaceutical companies. His specialty is “real world” design practices aimed at greatly reducing the risk of water quality failures while reducing maintenance. He is a founding member of the ISPE Critical Utilities COP, long time member of ISPE and frequent speaker. Sipe is a co-author of the ISPE Good Practices Guide: Commissioning and Qualification of Pharmaceutical Water and Steam Systems. He is currently the Chairman for the upcoming Edition #2 of the ISPE Baseline Guide for Water and Steam Systems. He is also an instructor for the Validation Academy at the NC State BTEC Center.
