James T. Miller, PE is an Engineering Principal with Vanderweil Engineers in Princeton, NJ and he leads the HVAC Group for the New York Region (New York City, Princeton and Philadelphia offices). Miller has been designing energy efficient and sustainable mechanical systems for high performance buildings for nearly 20 years, including energy simulation and analysis, energy auditing, and energy master planning. Miller believes that engineers must provide innovative and creative solutions for clients that help them meet their goals, while also making a positive impact on the public health, safety and welfare. Miller serves his clients and their projects in numerous roles: project manager, senior HVAC engineer, construction administrator, code researcher, energy modeler. Miller is a LEED AP, CSI-CDT and member of ASHRAE. Miller is a registered professional engineer and holds both Master of Science in Architectural Engineering and Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degrees from The Pennsylvania State University.
