Antonia Daniel’s clinical supplies career began in 1995 at the contract packager, Almedica Europe, as a clinical study label designer. By the time she transferred to Almedica Services, USA in 2002, Antonia had worked extensively in the client services area managing all aspects of European and global clinical supplies for a number of sponsor companies worldwide. By the time she left Almedica Services (by then Aptuit), Antonia was the Director of Project Management and had been responsible for the management and development of the overall PM group as well as having her own client base. Following Aptuit, Antonia joined Eisai Inc as the Associate Director of US Clinical Supplies and eventually became the Director and Global Head of Clinical Research Support; a group charged with the management of Eisai’s global clinical supplies needs in addition to the development and implementation of global processes and systems aimed at facilitating management of supplies and overall clinical study conduct. In late 2011, Antonia returned to the UK and established her own clinical supplies consultancy. Antonia currently works with a number of pharmaceutical clients and, most recently, joined the Daiichi Sankyo team in the UK as a consultant director within their Clinical Supply Operations group. Antonia holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business from Columbia Southern University and is soon to embark on an MBA in International Business.
