Robert Lechich is currently the Director Supply Chain Management at Pfizer. His work is focused on ensuring supply of sterile injectables and biosimilars into the U.S. Market including demand management, supply planning and execution, S&OP management and product launches. Robert has a diverse background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and has worked in many areas including manufacturing, quality assurance, process engineering, facilities management, automation and information systems. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and master’s degree in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology as well as a certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics from Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition to being a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he holds certifications in ISPE’s Certified Pharmaceutical Industry Professional (CPIP) program, Project Management Professional (PMP), Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Supply Chain Management (CSCP). His ISPE activities have included past president of the New Jersey Chapter and participated in several society committees over the years and has chaired the CPIP Commission.
