Thomas Huber received his diploma in engineering at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich. After working several years in engineering and project management he joined Skan AG in 1996 with a full focus on isolator technology. Since then he was not only involved in the development of isolator technology in general but also won a broad experience in many different isolator applications, with a special focus on aseptic manufacturing, from design up to manufacturing and validation for pharmaceutical companies all around the world. As an active member of ISO TC WG 7 he represented Switzerland in generating the new isolator standard and currently is co-chair of the ISPE Sterile Product Processing COP. Today Thomas Huber leads the Isolator Division of Skan AG and is responsible for sales, engineering and qualification world wide.
