Jim Breen is currently the Vice President for Worldwide Engineering & Technical Operations. Jim is responsible for Real Estate, Facility Operations, Major Capital Project Execution, and Engineering Networks for the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Jim has been with Johnson & Johnson for 15 years serving in roles in engineering, project management, and network management. Jim joined Johnson & Johnson as Manager of Engineering, Asia Pacific Operations, Worldwide Engineering, in Shanghai, China. Jim returned to the U.S. and progressed through a variety of roles in project management, and engineering in their biologics and pharmaceutical groups. Jim has also served as the VP of Network Management developing strategies for their internal and external manufacturing footprint for the consumer, medical device, and pharmaceutical groups. Prior to working for Johnson & Johnson, Jim was employed by the General Electric Company and Hercules Incorporated in both domestic and international assignments in Asia Pacific and the Middle East in manufacturing, project management and engineering roles. Jim earned his Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, an MBA from Drexel University and a Masters of Engineering in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a registered Professional Engineer and LEED AP. Jim is presently a member of the Board of Directors for the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers, and was previously the ISPE NJ Chapter President.
