Hot water Sanitization (HWS) has been the bulwark of sanitization procedures for the past 70 years. Although effective, a cost comparison with Ozone sanitization has never been presented nor investigated properly. Cost calculation of all aspects of HWS and ozone are contained in the material including showing real data on microbial reduction. This presentation offers the first real-life comparison of different sanitization methods.
