About the Operations Management COP
The scope of the Operations Management COP (OM COP) is to create a multidisciplinary and transversal
community to promote excellence and knowledge about pharmaceutical operations systems. Operations management
covers all process steps from materials supply to final product distribution, including technology,
organization, and management aspects.
COP Mission
The goals of the Operations Management COP are:
- Provide a forum for Community members to help each other to solve daily problems and start up improvement
projects, focusing on performance excellence
- Develop and disseminate best practices and guidelines
- Implement new tools and methodologies, taking examples from other industries
- Define a common language, including key performance indicators (KPIs)

As an OM COP member you can access technical discussions or download presentations or files. You can complete a volunteer profile and share your expertise with the community. Note
that only ISPE Members can engage in these activities.
