Training Course Registration Fees 

Registration fees include course materials, refreshment breaks and lunches. Hotel accommodations and hotel fees are separate from registration fees.

Onsite Registration 

Registration is Monday and Tuesday 07.00 to 17.00.


Upon receipt of payment, a proof of payment will be sent to you, along with your confirmation letter (time permitting). Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee. You will need to present your registration confirmation letter at the ISPE Registration Desk. You will receive your course materials and name badge at that point.

Cancellations must be made in writing and received by ISPE prior to the start of the training course. If cancellations are received one month prior to the start date of the course, a full refund, minus a $100 handling fee will be issued. After that time, no refunds will be granted. If you are unable to attend, a substitution will be accepted, though nonmembers substituting for a member must pay the difference in fees prior to the start of the event. Alternatively, you have a one-time option to transfer to a later scheduled course within the same calendar year provided ISPE is notified of your preferred course within two weeks of the transfer request. If the transfer request is made within four weeks of the original course start date, a $500 fee will be imposed due to event obligations incurred by ISPE on your behalf. The transfer fee must accompany notification of your preferred course in order to complete the transfer or the registration will revert to full cancellation with no refund. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and airline reservations. ISPE is not responsible for lost airfare due to cancellations. Instructors are subject to change without notice.


ISPE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event and/or to change instructors. Please be advised that ISPE is not responsible for any airfare/hotel penalties or other travel charges you incur. In case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or other circumstances that make it impossible for the training to go ahead at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the training. There shall be no future liability on the part of either party.
