KNOWLEDGE

FREE Concept Paper: Implementing Knowledge Management in Bioprocesses: A QbD Driven Approach Turning Data into Knowledge in Reference to the CMC A-Mab Case Study ( 1 MB)

Most pharmaceutical companies consider Process Analytical Technology (PAT) and QbD projects for regulatory reasons, but there's also a business case to be made for continuous improvement. In this month's Knowledge resource, Members of the PAT COP discuss QbD strategies for data and knowledge management, suggest solutions, and demonstrate potential benefits for improved quality and economy.

You'll learn:

  • Why QbD needn't be applied solely as a full-blown approach
  • How integrated approaches to information and knowledge management can help businesses leverage immediate quality and economic benefits and improve speed-to-market.

Download your copy now! Offer is good through 30 April 2012.

COMMUNITY

Learn more about the team responsible for this month's Knowledge resource

Process Analytical Technology activities are related to obtaining process understanding and the development and implementation of real time monitoring and control strategies for manufacturing processes. ISPE’s Process Analytical Technology Community of Practice (PAT COP) is a global community that provides a common industry thread by linking the relevant people, content, and resources of Affiliates, Chapters, academia, and other special interest groups.

The PAT COP provides both informal and formal technical meetings and networking opportunities on a local and global basis. Recent projects include the development of the Implementing Knowledge Management in Bioprocesses ( 1 MB) Concept Paper and an education session at ISPE’s 2011 Annual Meeting discussing this paper. The intent of the paper is to stimulate discussion on this topic within the community.

Visit the PAT COP website to join the conversation and learn more about the PAT COP.
