Most recently, she was a National Accounts executive for a Life Sciences staffing provider, where she was a proven innovator in customer solutions and candidate source development. Her success as a leader and mentor helped to create high performance teams that achieved results. She is a graduate of Purdue University and is an active member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering.
Kurt Moore is founder and President of TalentWRx, LLC, a life sciences staffing services firm based in Tampa, FL with additional service locations in the Carolinas and Baltimore, MD. TalentWRx has been recognized as Rookie Business of the Year in 2008 and enjoyed consistent growth. Prior to TalentWRx, Kurt was CEO of a publicly traded staffing firm, Ablest Inc., where he assembled a best of class leadership team and achieved industry low employee turnover while growing sales organically from $20 million to $145 million over 15 years. He has more than 25 years in the staffing industry, beginning as an entry level staffing supervisor and holding various operational, sales, and sales management positions. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for Employ Florida Banner Center for Biotechnology and the Advisory Board for the Health Administration Program at TBT.
