Description
Fewer industries are facing the same depth and scope of impending change than the pharmaceutical and life
sciences industries. The seemingly constant modification of regulations, the impact of emerging technologies
and the fluctuations of global economies are just a few of the factors that will dictate the landscape that
professionals will have to navigate in order to have a successful career.

Presenters' Biographies
Kurt Moore is founder and President of TalentWRx, LLC, a life sciences staffing services
firm based in Tampa, FL with additional service locations in the Carolinas and Baltimore, MD. TalentWRx has
been recognized as Rookie Business of the Year in 2008 and enjoyed consistent growth. Prior to TalentWRx,
Kurt was CEO of a publicly traded staffing firm, Ablest Inc., where he assembled a best of class leadership
team and achieved industry low employee turnover while growing sales organically from $20 million to $145
million over 15 years. He has more than 25 years in the staffing industry, beginning as an entry level
staffing supervisor and holding various operational, sales, and sales management positions. He currently
serves on the Advisory Council for Employ Florida Banner Center for Biotechnology and the Advisory Board for
the Health Administration Program at TBT.
Tara Clem has over 10 years of successful leadership and management experience. Most
recently, she was a National Accounts executive for a Life Sciences staffing provider, where she was a proven
innovator in customer solutions and candidate source development. Her success as a leader and mentor helped
to create high performance teams that achieved results. She is a graduate of Purdue University and is an
active member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering.

ISPE will provide continuing education units (ISPE CEUs) for webinars and online courses. CEUs are
nationally recognized units of achievement designed for those individuals continuing their education in their
chosen field or profession. Verification of CEUs is based on attendance and completion of the evaluation.
