ISPE North West is proud to present an INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP to ensure its members keep abreast of the latest approaches in Project Management.

Delving into the ISPE PM Guide: Key Concepts and People Power!
Dr Trish Melton (MIME Solutions & PM Guide Lead), Alf Penfold (Pfizer) and Peter Iles-Smith (GSK)
This session combines an overview of the first two chapters of the Guide with a workshop to allow active learning in key concepts which are valid across the project life cycle, for example

The stage gate process
The role of the Project Manager, Team and Sponsor
Integrated risk management
Project Culture

The workshop will focus on the softer side of project success and emphasise the technical/diverse nature of pharmaceutical project teams and in doing so  reinforce the key concepts within the Guide.

17.30 - 18.15 Arrival and buffet reception

18.15 - 18.45 Presentation on Chapters 1 and 2 of the Guide – with time for a short Q&A

18.45 - 20.15 Interactive exercises around the above culminating in a feedback session
