Bob is an industry wide and internationally known engineering leader, with deep pharmaceutical and managerial knowledge, including Global Project Leadership, and API, Drug Product, Aseptic and Biopharmaceutical engineering and operations experience. Bob has been with Pfizer Global Engineering since 2002, holding a variety of leadership roles, most recently as the overall Capital Program Director for the new state of the art Pfizer Biotechnology Center in Hangzhou, China.

Before joining Pfizer, Bob was the Senior Vice President of Biopharmaceutical Operations for Kvaerner John Brown, an international engineering and construction company. Previously, he was with Eli Lilly, where he held positions in Strategic Planning, Procurement, Human Resources and Corporate Engineering.

Bob is an active member of ISPE, having been involved with three of the ISPE Baseline Guides: the Commissioning/Qualification Guide, the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Guide, and the Water and Steam Guide.

Bob has a BS Chemical Engineering Degree from Purdue University, and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
